Simply, beautiful.

Even these bolts at the brake hose holder are showing no sign of rust at all.

All four calipers are now back on the car.

Although the paint marking suggested that the old master cyl was the one from the factory and never touched,
must check the pushrod clearance before bench bleeding the new one.

Bench bleeding the new master cyl.
Saves my time and fluid later in the process.

Installed and torqued to the spec.
1st stage pressure bleeding and then leave it under pressure for several hours for leak checking before the 2nd round.

In the meantime, change eng oil + filter, compression check and ABS flushing.
ABS fluid level is already above the max line so once again, leaky solenoid(s) issue......

Was hoping for the owner to collect the car on Tuesday but looks like it's not going to happen.
And the next NSX in the queue is already heading this way but don't want delaying the service any further as many owners are waiting for 2 years for my services......
I need another lift and more space…..

Will finish the majority of services today and hope to carry out the final test driving session tomorrow.
