Front Left Caster adjuster had lots of build up of white oxidation so removed the adjuster completely and cleaned the internal hole around the compliance pivot.


Fortunately, this managed to release the slightly seized caster adjuster and now I can adjust this side.

Unfortunately, Front Right Caster adjuster was completely seized.


This will require OH of compliance pivot but as NSX has huge caster compared to other production cars, I will first try to equalise the Right and Left Caster before making any further action.


Lowered the NSX on the platform and torqued the bolts and nuts.


Always important to check the status of the alignment bolts as you don’t want to waste your money and time for the alignment service if you can’t adjust them due to the seized bolts.


The silicone grease should keep the bolts healthy until next alignment service.


So, ready for the alignment service.
