Never done it before so bit scared but the owner wanted me to paint the corroded and rusted area under the master cyl so masked the area really well and
sprayed two coats of protection while having the surrounding air vacuumed out.




However, I had no confidence in spraying the bottom side as there was not enough room to extract the air or mask the entire area so brushed the section with two coats.















While waiting for the paint to dry up, disassembled the front calipers.
















You can easily tell which way the piston was sitting by the position of the rust as the car seemed to be parked in the same position for months.
















Lots of rust beyond the dust boot and already penetrated behind the groove of the seal pocket.
