Final Touch

Rate this Entry

I'm happy to report that at least during my final test driving session, there was no huge fuel/power cut that was reported by the owner
as well as felt during my 1st test driving session.
I used exactly the same procedure/condition as the 1st test driving session for the final one.

As in my last post, I'm going to keep the TCS controller connected as that's how I finished the test driving session.

No ABS, TCS, SRS warning lights so happy with the result.
Back on the lift, final check and washed the car.

For now, I'll set the ABS reservoir level here.
Please keep eye on the area around the label as you will see wet marking if the reservoir got overflowed by the leaky solenoid issue.

As the rear IG coils are new ones and all six INJs cleaned, brought the car speed up to 70mph on the dual carriage way for several minutes
to put the car into feedback mode but not like 30min continuous cruising mode like after the Eng Refresh.

Although all wheel nuts were re-torqued after the final test driving session, not enough mileage covered so please re-torque them again once you covered about 100 miles.

Considering the make/model of your tyre, I set the tyre pressure at F/R = 2.2/2.7kgf/cm2. OEM is 2.3/2.8.
Please adjust it to your taste but your tyre has very soft side shoulder so please take it into consideration.

Thank you for using my service and hope you will enjoy driving your NSX again without any warning lights.

Regards,
Kaz
