Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

Addition to the hard/jumper wires, had to use lots of soldering bridges to re-create the missing through-hole joints.

Had to use SMD at C19 as the one I prefer was on long back order for several months.

At the end, 4 hard wires, 2 jumper wires and lots of soldering bridges used to recover the missing tracks/pads/joints.

After some bench testing, happy with the result so ready for the conformal coating.














Installed the board on my NSX and went through the scenario testing.

The Function and Operation check mode.












A/C Compressor CL on/off control.













Air temperature control through the air mixture motor.
It drives both the water valve and the shutter door in front of the heater core.









Self Diag for checking the input and output such as the sensor connection and motor control feedback loop.





Everything went fine and happy with the result.

Filled the CCU Final Test report and send back the package to the garage.

Must have feature not only for the hot summer days but also for dehumidifying the cabin during winter or wet days.
