Already have been working on the CCU for a while and lots of photos uploaded to the owner’s photo album but probably best if I summarise it in one group later
otherwise the information will be spread across many dates.

Just wanted to show here how bad it is.







I have seen several CCU board with the acid penetrated through the board and reaching the soldering side but
this is probably the 1st board with so many caps with acid on this side…..












TH cable free play adjusted.











New OEM air cleaner element.












As reported earlier, the freq. expander was installed at the ICE connector by someone in the past.
Just left it there with all the connectors fixed to the nearby cables to prevent rattling noise.











Refurbished audio head unit back in place.















Preparation for brake bleeding.
New banjo bolt at the rear calipers and all four bleeder plugs replaced with new one.
