When I looked at this coolant hose, it felt bit strange as the opening didn’t have sharp edge.
Almost like not being cut after removed from the mandrel.











And it confirmed it.
Too long compared to the other batch.

Not a big issue as the base shape is correct so just used the other hose as a template and cut it at the proper length/shape.















Thermostat cover cleaned to this level.
Thought about replacing it but considering the rad fan sensor, still cheaper to clean it than replacing.










New thermostat installed
