Eng is now closed with crank pulley and ACG installed.
Pulley bolt torqued to the spec.

Now I understood why this front O2 sensor was so tight even after heating the mating flange red hot.
It was cross-threaded by someone and since there is no Denso marking on it, it’s replaced in the past.
Managed to re-thread the mating boss and by using my spare used sensor, confirmed that I can achieve the targeted torque so ready to install the new sensor.

The rear sensor is really tight as well.
Without removing the heatshield, looks like I can’t apply enough heat so will give it one more try before removing the shield by tackling with the already heavily corroded and rounded fixing bolt head.

Must refurbish at least the L side drive shaft before I can fireup the engine but getting there.
