Today, it warmed up a bit and much better condition compared to the last few days so decided to carry out the marathon valve clearance adjustment task.
Personally, I don’t like stopping once started as I want to finish everything at steady temperature.

Before getting the ideal temperature, decided to install other bits.

The TB mid cover.
This engine was still using the old spec ones and due to the valve cover not installed properly, they both warped and took set.
New spec at the top and the old one at the bottom.
This is the Rear cover. Forgot to take the photo of the front side......

The cam pulley already chewed into it fairly deeply and with loose TB tension, it had enough scratch markings so decided to replace them with the later spec ones.

New oil cooler with bracket, centre bolt, sensor, etc installed.
Before/after.

The most time consuming task of replacing two coolant hoses done as well.
Will apply some treatment at the top hat later.
