Before installing the TB lower cover, cleaned the area behind the oil cooler as much as possible.
Lots of oil debris and oxidation so not easy task but probably not going to be done until next Eng Refresh so very important.

Time to install TB and properly tension it as NSX doesn’t have continuous automatic tension adjuster.
Once adjusted, you will rely on it until the next TB service.

The a/c idle pulley bearing.
Existing one was in really bad shape.
When I tried slowly rotating it, I noticed significant rattle inside there so one of the ball bearing was already partially broken.
New one installed into the pulley.

And as always, check cam timing like 10 times.
The key is to align it against the engraved marking on the cover plate.
If TB is set at correct tension, it will always show the specific timing at front exh and rear intake pulley.

Double checking using the markings at the back although you need to be careful on certain year model as Honda made mistake on marking the cam pulley.
