Spark plugs looked healthy so going to re-use them.

Some accumulation of sticky oil mist from the blowby gas but the edge of TH butterfly and intake manifold were still in very good condition so no washing required this time.

All screws at the VVIS butterfly looked to be tight as there was no gap at the base so should be fine for some time.

Once again, very good compression with this engine.
Full data sent to the owner through the report.

Applied silicone grease on the rubber basket before re-installing the IG coil covers.

Pressure bleeding the brake hyd system.
Very important when re-using the existing master cyl.

Pressure tested for leak detection, happy with the result so adjusted the fluid level just below the triangle arrow to show that the pad is re-used and not new one.

Reset the ECU and re-learn the co-efficient values.

Obviously, the engine has to be fully warmed up before resetting so can't go through the cold engine start condition such as secondary air sys, etc.

Went out for the final test driving session.
During the 1st test driving session at the time of Health Check, I used OEM tyre pressure setup but it was too high for my taste
using this tyre and also for the outside temperature (it was warm for March).

So, on this occasion, I just lowered a bit.

Still, not comfortable going through the roundabout so recommended the owner to carry out alignment setup in the future.

Cool down session, back on the lift for final check and confirmed that all emission flags are now set.

Thank you for using my service and looking forward to carrying out the Eng Refresh in the future.

Regards,
Kaz
