Not sure why but almost all of the owners with red valve cover will experience the same issue.
The red coating from the factory doesn’t seem to be able to withstand the heat from the header/exh manifold at the rear bank and simply turns into lots of flakes.

I'll be carrying out the Eng Refresh on this engine later so hope I can at least apply temporary measure at that time.
Ideally, you want stripping off the old coating and do it from scratch but it's magnesium so easy to crack and I don't have the skill and facility for it.

At the time of Eng Refresh, these wet oil seepage will be addressed.

Although it may look rusty, it’s far better than the NA1 anchor manifold when it comes to disconnecting the CAT for engine removal.
I won't be re-using these rusty bolt and nut any way so I would just break off the bolt and replace them with the new ones once the engine is out of the way.

Tiny split at the RL camber bush.

Not sure it went through all the way to the metal collar or not.
Seems to be at least not altering the camber setup every time when the load was released so should be fine for now.

Although the filter element was covered in grey dust, enough lights can pass through it so going to re-use this air cleaner element this time.
