Even for a super low mileage and fairly later spec NSX, the rust managed to get inside the calliper and pitted the surface of the piston.


Even it looked very small, it was enough to prevent the piston from moving smoothly.


Replaced with the new one.

Some of the parts for the Front calliper OH process.


Again, even you use the same tools and parts, the end result after many months would be quite different depending on what, where and how you apply different kind of greases.

The calliper cylinder bore and the area where the boot/seal sit must be cleaned/prepared to this level before start installing the parts.


New bleeder plug for each callipers.

After the installation of the piston, make sure to double check the movement of both pistons for smooth operation.


Front callipers and brackets OH are done.
