Carrying out multiple tasks in parallel so the order of the photo is not the same as the timeline but hope you will get the idea.

Cleaned the U-shaped boomerang stiffener and installed.

Decided not to drill out the seared off bolt at the beginning as it’s not cost effective considering what it does and in fact,
leaving the left over bolt body works better against several directions of the force.

It’s DBW so no EACV involved and thus, installed rest of the cosmetic parts.
Looking very nice.

Coolant header tank treated with 303 protectant fluid, alignment carefully adjusted and bolts torqued.

As mentioned in the past, if the TH body is clean and the engine timing adjusted properly, you can run the engine at 600rpm smoothly.
CEL is on purposely lit to show that SCS connector is shorted for base idle rpm adjustment on DBW engine.

Checked the IG timing.
I prefer analogue strobe style timing light for this as I can see how stable the engine is.
Didn’t know whether I can catch the right timing with my camera but fortunately, managed to do it after some attempts.
The pointer is spot on at the marker.

70sec after stopping the engine, checked the ATF level.
As I didn't hold the stick while taking the photo, the fluid ran down a bit showing extra level but still, over the max line.....
Haven’t went through all the gears yet so I’ll adjust it later but I already drained about 900cc before placing the eng/gbox back in place.

Torqued the suspension bush related bolts under 1G.
