As reported at the very beginning, I think the a/c refrigerant is leaking from here.

I need good vacuum sealing before starting the engine and I don't want the rust chewing into the new rubber gasket at the base of new master cyl so
cleaned the recessed base as much as possible.

Also cleaned the outer section but not that critical as the recessed area so just the surface cleaning.

Ideally, I would like to apply dash of paint spray by removing the booster but I'll use different method for the protection.

Installed the jig to create good sealing in preparation for fireup as well as for checking the pushrod clearance later.

When this NSX arrived at my place, the ATF level was well over the max limit when checked at about 70sec after stopping the engine.
For now, drained about 900cc but probably still over the max line so will check the level again once I can properly run the engine.

New exh gasket in place.

Eng/gbox back in the bay.
Always impressed on how the sub-frame design was done by Honda engineers.
Probably not many people noticed the small but cleaver method used to minimise the different alignment between each chassis.

Just reconnecting everything.

Getting there.
