Re-installed the pulley shield for the owner.
When the TB lower cover gasket is new, it’s probably OK installing it using two of the cover bolts but once installed,
you really don’t want touching these bolts as the gasket already took set and may let debris entering the TB area.

By the way, noticed the rubber seal around the TB tension adjuster bolt marked in red?
Probably missing from your engine......

















Just showing how the timing marking lines up although they were already checked like 10 times….
Couldn't place the camera at the ideal angle but for the photo taken from the back side of the cam pulley, the marking is lining up with the top edge of the cover plate.






I really need the oil cooler before I can put the eng back in the bay……

I need to keep the garage warm for the time consuming marathon valve clearance session…..
Valve covers should be ready by the end of it.
