In ideal world, I wanted to have the replacement oil cooler by now but that’s not going to happen so have no option but to install the TB and the TB lower cover first.

New crank seal installed.

Removing the old sealant in preparation for WP installation.

Later spec WP and new special bolt installed.

New CRK/CYL sensor installed.
You don’t want to see the bolt getting loose so double checked the torque.

Another time consuming task of cleaning the TB back plates.
All these oily debris and the famous melted potting….
So much better now with the new gaskets.

The valve covers were washed nicely, already degreased and ready for painting but that’s when I found out that my new spray can is dead.
Full of paint in the can but for some reason, the nozzle is already blocked or something else.
I hope I can get the replacement today and paint them.
