Air cleaner element showed slight debris and still allowing lots of light to pass through so going to re-use it.








Compression data sent to the owner.
Well within the spec but interestingly, the front bank showed more deviation than the rear one.
Would be interesting to see the cam timing and the TB tension.









As expected, couldn’t remove the parking brake cable from both R & L callipers.
Had to remove the L-shaped bracket instead and then used ATF-Acetone mixture to release the seized section.












As expected, big time dealing with these heavily corroded Exh/CAT nuts especially the ones at the downstream of front CAT.
Managed to remove 5 out of 6 nuts using the extractor but I have no option but to cut the last one.
Fortunately, there is enough space for applying the cutting disc at ideal angle.





The next challenge would be freeing the heavily corroded brake pipe fitting at the rear brakes….


Hope to take the engine out very soon.
