Eng Refresh + LMA, Brake OH, etc 01

Started to work on another NSX from this week.
The service menu is to carry out the Health Check, Eng Refresh + LMA, Brake OH, Cooling Sys Refresh, etc.

It’s another NSX that I have never serviced before so hope I won’t find too many issues that
could cause massive delay in the service calendar for other owners behind the queue.

When the owner arrived, had a quick look at the car and immediately noticed some wet markings at the radiator.
The owner traveled the long distance to get here and since the road was wet, it was not clear whether
the wet marking was from the leakage or someone splashed the coolant while bleeding the air in the past.

After placing the car on the lift, it was clear that the radiator was leaking from at least 3 places so
urgently placed the order to US for another Koyo Racing Rad.

I don't like having delivery around this time of the year but no option so hope it will arrive by the end of this year.

There was tiny gap at the ACG bracket nut.
Turned out, it was very loose.

Comparison between my NSX and this one.

Later, I found that even this side was loose.

Glad that I didn’t test drive the car before tightening these bolt and nut.
At this point, I decided to carry out the Health Check first before carrying out the test driving session.

Nothing new but accumulation of moisture through the blowby.
This is behind your oil filler cap.

Another reason why it’s important to replace your engine oil at least once a year regardless of the annual mileage.
