As in my previous blog, the terrible state of the CCU board….











At the end, I had to use 10 x hard wire, 5 x jumper wire, lots and lots of soldering bridges and
so much cleaning processes….

This was one of the worst board that I have ever dealt with.















Because of the level of damages, decided to carry out 30min test driving session together with
the audio head unit followed by removing the CCU board to expose it to cold outside temperature.

Then, another scenario testing using my NSX to apply thermal shock.

I’m glad to report that the audio head unit and the A/C CCU board passed all of the testing.








So glad that I managed to recover all three units for the owner.
