Bench testing.
I'm glad I managed to fix this head unit.


However, with so much sand, moisture damages and question mark on #7 sw, will test this head unit on my NSX and
carry out even test driving session later as I'll be forced to do so on the CCU board that the owner brought at the same time.

It looked in terrible condition so I was not happy just testing it on the bench and on my NSX without applying some vibration and thermal shock.










The usual Bose AMP failure.

Looks like some moisture in this area as well.







All caps replaced and quick bench testing before applying hot melt glue and thermal compound.










Tested for more than 24Hrs with thermal shock involved so happy with the result.

You can now buy complete Bose speaker box from Bose USA or Germany and also Bose Germany can sell just the AMP
for the rear one (bass one, passenger footwell) so that's another option if you burnt the AMP.
