So much damages to the door card plastic parts, fixing tabs, etc and the inner sheet……

Where all these sticky glue came from....... It's already on my cloth, glove, everywhere.....



If the broken tabs were just a few, I would have repaired them but with so many damages,
it’s cheaper to replace the plastic parts and the sheet than asking me to repair them.

Still, I didn’t like leaving the sheet like that so applied minimum fix for now.







Checking the EPS Power unit.
So many extra wires in here as well…..










Due to max speed limit of just above 60mph in Japan, the JDM Cruise control unit prevents the driver from
setting the speed at much higher target.

Applied some knowhow and when tested on the dyno, it allowed me to set the cruise control speed
well over 100mph so should be enough.









Unlike the worst status of the A/C CCU board, the caps were leaking the acid but all three Bose AMPs showed just minimum damages.
