Everything worked fine and passed all of the scenario testing so from CCU board point of view,
it’s been fixed.

However, when I swapped to the owner’s display module, I found that
the Re-circ button was intermittent and not responding from time to time.

Also, the DEF and A/C buttons didn’t work at all.

Since these were operating fine using my display module,
it was clear that something was not right with the owner’s display module.

I’m already really behind the schedule but after spending hours trying to fix this severely damaged CCU board,
I kind of felt it’s my mission to make it perfect so decided to open the display module as
I studied it in the past for illumination control.

As expected, there was some sort of fluid entered the display cover section in the past.
There was even trace of glue like materials on the switch rubber so someone already tried to do something.

Removed all debris and fluid contamination.
Even saw corrosion at the light bulb terminals so cleaned them as well.

Now all switches are working fine and the light bulbs were still not too burnt so re-used them.

I can finally install it back in the cabin.

With the extra time required around the CCU and display, another delay and
it’s not possible to return this NSX to the owner on Monday but
I won’t cut the corner short to meet the schedule....

Just keep working over this weekend…..

I need to eat something and rest my eye……
