It’s AT model so 2 extra hoses involved so needs to change the procedure but not too bad.
Just time consuming task replacing all 21 – 25 hoses on our NSX.








Ready for the TH body installation.







New idle air adj screw.












Cleaned the TH body to this level.

Took fairly long time as the dirt was so thick and took ages foe the inj cleaner to remove all the dirt.
In fact, most of the time was spent on cleaning the idle air port.

Not re-connected everything or torqued yet but TH body briefly back in place.










New header tank with new cap partially installed.

I’ll treat it and make several adjustment to prevent premature crack before fixing it to the bracket.

Even with these treatment, some of them will crack in very short time…..

Still, I’ll stay with the OEM tank, just like the eng oil filter.
