As in my earlier blog, someone didn’t install the front eng mount special nut properly.
The ‘tongue’ was not inserted at the dedicated hole.

Had to remove it, bend it back to original shape and re-installed.

In ideal world, I would like to re-torque all four mountings and the sub frame in the specific sequence but with fairly big cut at the side Eng mount,
not much point so not going to do it on this NSX.

Again, it looks as if it’s still leaking the oil from the top despite the owner paid to have the valve cover gasket replaced…..

I didn’t like the looks so cleaned it briefly and wiped off the oil from the side of the cyl head and eng block at the front bank.

I think I will stop here cleaning all these corroded pipes….

After cleaning the housing, new thermostat installed.
The original one lost lots of rubber seal and letting small amount of coolant flowing when it should not.
