Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

Wanted to make some changes in the rhythm so decided to service the terrible looking a/c CCU board for a day.

Already informed the owner about the state of his CCU board.
He was surprised that it was still working with these issues. I felt the same….






Even the metal bracket showing the sign of corrosion….








Not looking good around the ZD3 so it has to be removed for better inspection and cleaning.



I just don’t want removing this green connector….
Must use flow method in cleaning the area behind it.










Looks like some of the tracks are already dissolved and missing so must check them very carefully.











Started the cleaning session.



So much trouble around ZD3 and the connector……


Just keep cleaning…



Had to stop here as my finger hurts…..
