Typical EPS rack rattle.

Very likely to be the small play at the metal bush inside the rack.

I’m afraid I don’t have the skill to overhaul it and can only recommend the overhaul service by T3TEC in Japan.
There is another place in US offering the service but without the proper test jig,
can’t check or adjust the pre-load so I prefer T3TEC.

While I was test driving, I was not comfortable going through the roundabout.

It could be caused by the poor alignment and also the wrong spec wheel nut but these tired and cracked suspension bushes didn’t help….
Showing the age of the car.

Suspicious wet marking at the FL brake hose.
We are going to replace all of them with the custom made NSXCB spec Goodridge one.

The FR wheel arch liner and the condenser fan cover to be replaced.
Already dropped and part of them missing…..

As seen on my NSX, almost all NSX went through the re-grease process at the compliance pivot.
When driving over the gap, it would make sharp clicking noise from the pivot so
Honda offered free service for the owners complained about it.

This NSX had its AT gbox overhauled in the past but the fluid level was way too much.
Also, while the ATF looked clear red, it just stink so much.

I have Honda ATF with me but it doesn’t stink like this.
Not sure it’s the new clutch material used at the AT gears or different brand of ATF used.

Later, after contacting the owner, found out that everything was OEM parts including the ATF so
bit suspicious but will adjust the level when I can drive the car again….

I already removed all the brake parts so can’t even move the car off the lift…..

Air cleaner element was white and not green so not the latest OEM one but
still lots of light can pass through so going to re-use it.
