AC Refresh 04

Removed dashboard many times for other owners but never thought I would be doing this to my own NSX…..
Time to drain the coolant.

While in there, quick refresh of the gauge illumination.
I already replaced these bulbs a few times in the past but they are already darkened…
I used to drive regularly in the night as well and I tend to keep the illumination control at max brightness so
no wonder why they are nearly burnt out.

Some of the sockets were already showing charcoal like high temperature marking so
I better replace the socket as well this time and not just the bulbs.

Rest of the small bulbs for warning lights, etc are still clear like new except for the one at the parking brake indicator.
As I don’t have EPS, just swapped the bulb set with it.

By the way, mine is JDM and some of the caps were replaced in the past so may look different from yours.

SRS unit out of the way.
No leakage, of course.

As always, strange feeling starting the engine and moving the car without dashboard installed....

Hope to be back on the road soon..... No break for me but I just love working on the car......
