With the age and heat, all these plastic fasteners will simply break off.
Replaced with new ones as someone didn’t bother replacing them in the past.

As seen in the earlier blog post, the front brake discs are new and still covered in black coating so can’t do proper ABS activation and
I don’t want to apply hard braking yet so went out for the 1st stage brief test driving session.

Even with gentle braking, it’s night and day difference compared to when this NSX arrived here and knowing that the BR master cyl is new,
no worries of sunk brake pedal.

With slightly reduced tyre pressure considering the make/model of the tyre and time of the year, the handling is so much better without the spacers.

Not sure it’s the effect of the new ATF but the shift feeling felt much smoother but probably it’s just me.
Double checked the ATF level at 70sec after stopping the engine and it’s almost at max level so will add about 50cc later.

Back on the lift to check the car before going out for the proper and final test driving session.
It’s not raining hard but bit too wet so will carry it out next day.
Then, wash the car and final check.

Finally, something planned for 2 weeks turned into 2.5months is reaching the final stage.

Hope returning this NSX to the owner from Wednesday onwards.

Next will be the emergency service for one owner with no ABS/TCS due to gauge and tail light wiring/sensor issues.
While waiting for the parts arrival, hope I can replace my evaporator…..
