A/C CCU board service.
From the Lot No. on the case, I can tell that the CCU board was replaced from the later model in the past.
And when I opened the unit, the board was even the later-later version, possibly from the 2000+ or new board purchased from Honda.

I wish all owners will act much earlier before start experiencing any issues with the CCU board because it will not only save everyone’s time but also the cost.







Just quick turnaround by upgrading all caps, conformal coating and no extra service required.
Should be fine for many years to come.




While working on the CCU board, re-soldered the original Main Relay and applied conformal coating.
Will be returned to the owner so that he/she can keep it on the car as an emergency spare.



Done.










I’m afraid despite the new and refurbished CCU board, can’t do much with so many damages to the case as well as display module housing…..
Couldn't even hold the display module in place.....

Please stop tightening the screws once you start feeling some resistance.
