As mentioned in the past, although the TB itself is the same part between non-JDM and JDM NSX, JDM one will have extra items within the package and thus, uses different part no.

TB installed and carefully tensioned by locking the crank shaft and tensioning each cam pulley.


Once done, just check, again and again and again to make sure the timing is correct.


Before start of the service, the TB was loose.

TB Lower cover installed with new crank pulley.


For me, replacing the Crank Pulley at the time of TB service is a MUST item.


Same goes for the WP.



TB tensioner bolt dust cover is now installed.



Stopped here for the day as I have to be fresh in preparation for the Valve Clearance adjustment session.


4Hr marathon session….
