The Inboard joint.
It was so hot that I had to keep the garage door open and suddenly, a pigeon entered the garage to take some rest.
Not sure why but he/she decided to touch my freshly painted parts….

I don't drink Pepsi/Coca Cola but use them for many purpose including cleaning the surface rust.
Then, degreased the surface really well but for some reason, the paint showed lots of bubble so looks like something was left there.

The Outboard joint.
No feather marking this time as the pigeon was kindly asked to leave the garage.

The roller at the inboard side.
I was quite worried about the state as it lost so much grease.
Surprisingly, there was almost no markings inside.
Far better than most of the driveshafts that I refurbished in the past.

Getting old these days so not fan of plating 10s to 100s of pin bearings and this is just the inboard joint of Right drive shaft. 12 rollers in total for one car.

Not easy to see in this photo but tiny surface markings were observed at the Outboard rollers.
Again, far better than most of the previous examples.

Rollers on the Right drive shaft done.
6 more to go on the Left side.

I really want to fix the a/c on my NSX. Not comfortable when driving under the direct sunlight.
