Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

With my hand covered in sticky grease, didn't want to touch my mobile phone camera so just limited number of photos.

It lost so much grease that I was quite concerned about the state of the roller.

I think we just caught it in time.

Part of the remaining grease was showing dark brown colour suggesting not only high stress level but also the moisture contamination.
Fortunately, there was no serious wear/marking on the roller, spider, housing, shaft so I can at least re-use all of the parts.




It’s really hot so good for painting the housing.

Will drain ATF before overhauling the Left side.
