It’s just so much time consuming cleaning the area first before I can even attach my tool…..
So much eng oil, driveshaft grease, etc everywhere…..

The 1st stage cleaning of right side done.
At least, I can now use my tool and removed the drive shaft......

I haven’t even cleaned the left side yet….

The right side driveshaft.

There was tiny rotational play at the inboard joint.
I just hope I can re-use all three rollers.

It is definitely making the clicking noise as so much grease was lost.

Already spoke with the owner the other day as I was so surprised to see the state of driveshaft (both R & L sides), etc at this low mileage and also only driven very low mileage after the last majour services carried out by someone….

Spent some time cleaning this area….
As seen on many NSX, so much debris will be trapped here if the front valve cover was seeping the oil.
The air flow while driving will transfer most of the leaked oil from the front to this area….

Keep cleaning and time to remove the brake callipers……
Hope I can receive the thermostat cover, etc today so that I can finish installing the thermostat and rest of the coolant hoses.
