Clean it but carefully not to scratch the cam journal by using super soft leather like cloth.


Then, apply fresh engine oil around the journal, rocker, cam robe, etc.

Removed the old liquid gasket and cleaned the area.


Replaced the O-ring under the no.1 cam holder.



Front cam holders and plates are ready for the installation.



As I only have 5min before the liquid gasket starts to cure, couldn’t take any photos during the camshaft installation process.

Front bank camshaft installed.


Moving onto the Rear bank now.
