Waited for the front brake disc for nearly 1 month now and still no delivery info from Burns Motorsport.....

In the meantime, EBC contacted me and told me that their plain disc is back in stock.
So, placed the order and delivered next day with delivery company sending SMS showing 1Hr delivery window and even displaying where the driver is on the realtime map.

I could have had the delivery of the same Dixcel disc from Japan much earlier if I ordered it directly from Japan but not at the same good deal as Burns Motorsport so I'm going to install the Dixcel one for the next NSX that I just started servicing.

Just remove the corrosion protection oil from the disc.

New EBC Redstuff brake pad installed.

It has ‘Break In’ higher friction coefficient material at the top surface of the pad to recondition the disc surface that it requires quite some mileages before the true characteristic of the Redstuff pad appears.

Please just drive and brake as normal without harsh braking unless it is required.

Adjusted the brake fluid level to here.

Went out for the proper test driving session.

Very smooth engine with powerful feedback and good shift feeling.
Some wind noise over 50mph but the owner is aware of this.
Alignment not quite right but still, the ride quality is very good with BC coilover and Swift spring.
From time to time, tired LMA rattles but not frequently.

TW just 1 indicator below the horizontal line, PO 3.5kg at cruising speed and about 0.8kg at idle rpm.
VB at about 15.0V although the gauge probably has some deviation.

Activated the ABS several times to trigger the ABS pump before the tyre warms up and adjusted the ABS fluid level to here.

Re-torqued all four corner wheel nuts after the test driving session as my standard procedure.

As seen in the last blog, installed the new car mats by Autostyle.

Looking really nice.

Thank you for using my service and it would be nice if you can bring this NSX to one of the Club event.
Hope you will enjoy the new looks of the interior carpets and panels.

Regards,
Kaz
