A/C CCU Board service 02

Rate this Entry

Uprated caps installed.

Conformal coating applied, 2 jumper wires with 5 hard ones used.

Happy with the basic bench testing so time for the scenario testing using my NSX including the Function & Operation check.

I paid extra attention to the water valve control that will decide the air temperature through the blower motor.
Also, set the temperature at 18degC (recirc) and 19degC (fresh) and then completely switched off the CCU to confirm that there is no operation of blower motor or abnormal behaviour at the water valve.

Happy with the result and Final Service Report was sent to the owner.
Hope the owner will see this as I haven’t heard from him for a while now…..

Thank you for using my service and hope you can enjoy your A/C again before the hot weather arrives.

I want to work on my NSX to replace the evaporator but forgot to order the defrost panel that is already cracked and making annoying noise during winter….
