As my standard procedure, always apply thin coat of silicone compound at the non-WPC connectors behind the door card especially this 3pin 090 connector for the door lock/unlock switch.
100% guaranteed to get corrosion resulting in intermittent SW operation.
It's silicone so not conductive and I use mating terminal to spread it to create thin coat but if you don't have one, try connect/disconnect the mating connector multiple times as you don't want ending up with no continuity.

Parked the car in the rain for several hours to check for any water leakage.
Although it continuously rained, it was not strong enough so used my own method.

So far, no leakage but I’ll leave it for several months to let the new weatherstrip to settle.
If lowering the window when parking overnight inside the garage, please lower the glass no more than 1mm until the new weatherstrip takes set.
Once it settles, it's always good idea to lower the glass further in order to prevent slow window speed.

In preparation for the test driving, reset the ECU.
Went out for the test driving session.
While the tyres were cold, activated the ABS to trigger the ABS pump.

Fresh rear brake pad and all four callipers were overhauled so need to be gentle.
Brake feels so much better with more control.
Please be gentle for several 100s miles until the brake-in surface worn out and the proper pad material starts transferring.

Also, due to new seal, the piston will be pushed back a little so for a while, you will feel extra pedal stroke until the seal settles. Like when you feel knock off/back effect.

I was expecting at least some wind noise but due to loud aftermarket exhaust, didn’t notice it. Even the wind noise from the passenger side was gone. I better check my hearing or it’s truly gone…

Despite on purposely not fully topping up the washer fluid, still some fluid seeped out from the tiny hole at the centre of the cap. (apology for the poor focus....)
Although it’s blue, it’s not Type 2 coolant if you see some wet marking on the floor under the radiator…..

Adjusted the ABS fluid level.

Re-torqued the wheel nuts and washed the car after cooling it down enough.

Thank you for waiting patiently while I had to slow down for nearly 1 month and for using my service.

Regards,
Kaz
