Too much sealant used at the centre section and covering almost the edge of the roof panel.
I don’t want to touch the paint so I’m going to just thin it down a little.

Probably one of the longest hours that I spent just for the preparation for installing the windshield fastener and molding.







We are not going to replace the left door upper weather strip because the front sash is still the old spec.
However, it was not installed properly at many places and already took set.
From my experience, with these tired weatherstrip that took set under wrong position will cause wind noise and water leakage if installed properly so will keep eye on this.
May need to just install it out of position on purposely.




Thanks to 3M masking tape during these process and removed them in preparation for the installation.



Will replace the right side front sash today and that will finally allow me to estimate when I can return this NSX to the owner.



Looks like I’ll be working over this weekend and also the Easter…..
