At the end, had to use so many extra wires, parts, etc plus lots and lots of cleaning.


Still, this was not the worst one that I have ever dealt with…..






Normally, I will carry out the same scenario testing for everyone before returning the board to the owners but for this owner, there was a good reason to add extra testing so kept the CCU board on my NSX and drove around for a while over the weekend.



After some mileage, heat cycling, lots of vibration (with my awful Type-S suspension on UK road), etc, happy with the result so removed the board from the car and sent it back to the owner.

Hope it has arrived by now.
