Cooling System 01

Rate this Entry

While dealing with the TB/WP/Valve service, it is easier to work on the cooling system in parallel so started replacing the coolant hoses.

This NSX is RHD, NA2, DBW, MT model so 21 hoses in total.

During the winter when I work on the cooling system, I normally place the hoses on the oil heater to keep them warm to assist the installation.

When it is warm enough and good weather, just place them under the sun for a few hours and they are soft enough to install with ease.

As always, photo doesn't tell you all the story....

It's a time consuming task to replace all coolant hoses....

Front section is done and rinsed the area with the water.

Working on the centre floor section at the moment.

More to follow.
