Feedback from the test driving session.

Very heavy CL pedal.
No squeaking sound from the CL slave cyl plunger so not friction related and very likely to be the life of CL itself.
No slip yet but this is the sign of the wear at the CL disc.
Flywheel is mega-expensive for the 6MT single disc CL so you don’t want to damage it.
For this mileage and age, probably flywheel can be re-used but for the next time, you may want to consider reviewing the cost of flywheel VS replacing the main shaft and moving to the twin disc type like NSX-R/Type-S zero. Almost the same cost and will be cheaper for longer term.

Similar to what I felt with the LEV NSX that I serviced last week.
RPM hunting with changes in load such as CL pedal On/Off, A/C compressor On/Off or just moving the shift lever Left/Right even in neutral.
However, the phenomenon was much milder and acceptable so quite interesting to see what I will find on the other NSX next time.

PO: Not sure what eng oil is in use but probably serviced by Honda so something from Castrol.
2.0kg at idle rpm, just above 4.0kg at 60mph cruising

VB: 14.8 V at cruising and bit lower at idle rpm but this all depends on the electrical load and regulator condition.

TW: Same as all other NSX from this era. The indicator stays at just lower edge of the horizontal marker.

Good shift feeling and smooth engine power delivery with typical DBW feeling.
Good initial bite from the brake when cold but very likely to be the effect of aftermarket pad.
Once warmed up, the bite is not that great but probably the pad surface is grazed with prolonged gentle braking.
Tyre (AD08R) feels much better compared to the one test driven last week (very old and worn tyre). Good bite into the road surface.

Not much to report while replacing the coolant hoses.
Just keep removing the old hoses and install the new ones.

While having extra room, replacing the CL Hyd sys in parallel.

New CL master cyl installed.

All coolant hoses at the front compartment replaced.

Moving onto the centre floor, eng bay and oil cooler section.

Hope to return this NSX fairly soon.

Will take day off today as it’s Christmas and will start again tomorrow.
