Several years ago, noticed the crack at the header tank but at that time, it was not leaking the coolant yet.
This time, it was leaking but not too bad compared to the last NSX that I serviced.
If you can look at the big coolant hoses under the tank from the bottom side of the car, it’s easy to spot the trace of white markings.

Nothing new and the owner is already aware of this.
The flange of front CAT is heavily corroded, spring completely squashed and bolt/nut are nearly rounded so next time if required, just break them off and replace with the new ones.
Otherwise, don't touch them as it will require cutting off the remained bolt body on the flange using the cutting disc.

It’s OEM tyre/wheel size and no aggressive alignment used but spotted fairly new scratch marking inside the FL wheel arch.
No markings on the tyre side so not sure how it got there but will check this once the car is back on the ground with some steering angle.

Very clean rear bank IG coils.

However, I knew that the owner had to replace #2 IG coil (different lot #) several years ago because he was getting flashing CEL with no code registered for a while.
Eventually, the CEL stayed permanently On and that was the first time when he managed to figure out which cyl was causing the misfire.

I saw on another NSX misfiring even at idle rpm yet no CEL triggered for several 100s miles. The owner borrowed from me the fresh 6 x 3pin IG coil and by replacing them, it fixed the issue so misfire detection at this generation was not great.

Very clean, very little corona arching markings and healthy looking spark plugs with not much oil at the threaded section.
Just going to re-use them.

Really good compression data with very little deviation between each cyl.
For some reason, valve clearance check/adjustment is included in the HUK service schedule every 3 years even for NSX but unless you see big deviation at the compression data, I recommend not to touch it.
I don’t adjust or even check the clearance on my NSX for 60K miles or 10 years whichever comes first as it most likely makes it worse if adjusted with the engine inside the bay especially at the rear bank unless you ask someone who knows how to do it on NSX.
