The owner is already aware of this but the CAT flange plate is just about surviving.
The bolt and nut will break off at some point in the future.
Not much point in trying to repair them as they will break off immediately. Just keep using them and take it to the exhaust shop once they get close to the limit of their life.

The spring is already completely compressed so the swivel gasket is not doing much so just be careful not to apply too much force around the header/CAT/back box.

Both battery holder brackets are not installed at the right place and since they are maxed out, not holding the battery securely.

Removed them, greased and installed properly.

Some sort of chemical was splashed around the centre console……

Too much force was applied while someone tried to clean the eng cover….

The usual bubbling paint on the face lifted model at the rear wheel arch.
Having said this, on this NSX, it also showed the bubbling at the back end. Normally, the issue shows up at the forward section of the rear wheel arch.

I think on this occasion, I must replace the air cleaner element. Not enough light were passing through the filter.

Both rear tyres are getting close to the legal limit. 2 – 3mm left for the RL side and 3mm left on the RR one.
All four tyres are already 4 years old so be careful.

And while changing the brake fluid and eng oil, surprise, surprise, the new radiator arrived from US.
Not sure it’s due to the time of the year but not only it landed in UK a few days ahead of the estimated schedule but also it cleared UK Customs within 2 days when normally it takes about 4 – 5 days.
So, instead of start working on another NSX and asking the owner to come back later, decided to carry on with the emergency radiator service.

Was hoping to return this NSX over this weekend but had to spend bit of time servicing and adjusting the MX-5 so more likely to be next weekdays.
