Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

Quite often, the later spec one body ABS modulator is on back order and Honda Japan increases the parts price on 01/Jan and 01/Jul every year so I was hoping to receive another new modulator that I placed the order a while ago before 01/Jan.

Finally, it has arrived so time to do a quick check using my NSX.
Even for a new modulator, there were several reports of initial failure so this is a Must procedure as soon as I receive any new modulators from Japan.




After making the electrical connection, P2/IG On and the ABS light comes On for a few seconds but then switches itself Off if there is no issues with the modulator or other area of the chassis.

Happy with the result and it will stay at my parts shelf inside the house until before summer next year.
