Ah….. That black thing is the fuel came out from the fuel filter.

The worst one that I have ever seen.....

For FI application, you really want to keep the fuel filter clean.

In my view, you should replace the filter every year if you use FI application.
The standard Honda UK service interval for OEM setup is every 3 years.

New fuel filter being installed.
Paid extra attention to make sure the aftermarket fitting won't hit the firewall.
You don't want to see fuel inside the eng bay.....

In order to replace the upper windshield molding, this door opening visor has to come off.

However, looks like someone used excessive amount of sealant when replacing the windshield and it worked as perfect adhesive for the visor.
It just didn’t want to come off….. And it was almost the same issue at both sides......
Had to use multiple plastic levers to lift the visor without bending it and if you have done this task, you will know how easy it is to bend this piece……

Another NSX with excessive sealant…… Spent ages for cleaning…..

However, one good thing with this NSX was that the upper edge of the windshield was not that contaminated with the sealant that it had better chance of setting the molding behind/under the upper edge of the glass.

You can’t see in this photo but the lip of the molding has to be behind/below the edge of the glass all the way along the entire length of the molding and once you are happy, just insert the fastener in here.

Very happy with the result and every time when I see this fresh smooth pure black molding, I want to replace mine as it looks grey and dull….
