Already returned this NSX to the owner over the weekend so another catch up updating the blog…..

Although replaced the front disc and pad, the rear brakes are still with the used parts so as my standard procedure, set the fluid level to here and not to the max.

High temperature spec silver paint applied to the NSX logo.
Needs to be very careful not to spray brake cleaner or even touch it before heat cycling it as it needs enough heat for curing.
The weather forecast is not great so not sure I can generate enough heat but the owner has long distance driving on the way back so hope it will cure before hitting the motorway.

Quick eng oil change and once again, the standard procedure of filling the filter with the fresh oil.
Probably not required unless you parked the car for ages and as long as you use the OEM one.
As reported earlier, the oil pan had noticeable dent. Looked like someone used the floor jack at the base of the pan without attaching any protections.
Because of this, normally I can extract another 400cc or so used oil from the top but with this oil pan, I only managed just about 200cc.

Took ages to open the MTF strainer on this Gbox.

From the looks of it, it was never removed in the past. There were some metal particles and very little metal dust but nothing to be alarmed.
In fact, considering the mileage on the clock, once again, it confirmed that this gbox was swapped in the past.
Later, the owner told me that he wanted to have JDM shoter ratio gbox and thus, bought spare gbox.

Fresh MTF 3 into the gbox and letting the excess to drain out.
