Pressure bleeding the brake fluid.
As the owner must replace the rear brake pad, decided to set the fluid level like this on purposely as someone must wind back the rear piston in order to install the new pads and I don’t want to see the brake fluid overflowing from the master cyl.

Fresh Mobil 1 into the new oil filter.
Eng oil and filter changed.
Oil level will be adjusted after the test driving session.

Based on previous inspection, I knew the IG coil at #1cyl was very rusty.
The silicone grease did great job and seemed to be preventing the rust from spreading further.
For now, no misfire so just keep using it.

Again, based on previous inspection, I knew this NSX is using different spec spark plug at #6 cyl.
All six plugs are showing nice light brown colour at the insulator around the centre tip.
No misfire at this stage but probably best to replace them at some point in the future once covered more mileage.

Good compression data although I felt the cranking speed was bit slower than other NSX so possible battery drain issue again…..

Flushing the ABS.
Lots and lots of bubbles inside the accumulator and also when each solenoids were activated.
Flushed the accumulator 4 times and in between, activated the four solenoids many times.

Later, during the test driving session, activated the ABS to trigger the ABS pump and then adjusted the fluid level.

As I couldn’t recreate the battery drain issue, to be on the safe side, disconnected the boot light bulb as the owner has several 100s miles driving for heading back to his place.

Thank you for using my service and next time, it would be nice if I can spend bit more time on the battery drain issue.

Regards,
Kaz
