Not much to report while adjusting the door window alignment.

You just aim for the OEM setup to start with and from there, it’s just the matter of how good you are in creating 3D image in your brain considering the shape and the state of the weatherstrip.




As mentioned in my last post, so much easier with the new front/rear sashes as the rubber parts are much more flexible. As reported previously, the metal section of the existing rear sash was damaged long time ago and even sprayed so I think there was a problem with it any way.


Hope to finish the alignment within a few days….
I better install the upper windshield molding first.....
