The rollers at the right side inboard joint showed extra wear markings. I can re-use them this time but when the time comes for the next overhaul, best to replace the whole joint.
The outer ring showed some pitting markings due to lack of lubrication.

The inner wall surface showed severe wear on all three rollers. They can be re-used thanks to the performance of the fresh grease but as mentioned above, on next overhaul timing, best to replace the right inner joint all together.

The inner surface of spherical bearing showed some wear but not too bad.

This is how the 60deg offset applied to the two spiders. Before/after

Started installing the fresh grease and the boot band.
That’s when I injured my right hand finger so had to stop here.

Felt bit tired by continuously looking downwards on the bench so to change the rhythm, decided to move my NSX out of the way for extra space.
For the first time in 21 years owning my NSX, I caught my finger in the outer door lever while closing the door.

There was a sign of tiredness before it happened as I actually broke one of the boot band. Never experienced it before so I must have applied the tool with too much angle.
I should have stopped at that point as I was not feeling well already….

I couldn’t even operate the touch screen for a day and still can’t apply too much force at the moment….

I really need continue working on the door glass alignment on one NSX and finish these drive shafts.
Fortunately, the owner of the drive shafts were happy to wait as he needs the parts from Japan before he can use these drive shafts again.

Hope start working again slowly from today…
